Our Team
Our practice combines the talents and experience of a board-certified and nationally recognized plastic surgeon, a nursing staff experienced in comprehensive patient care, licensed medical aestheticians and massage therapists with additional training and certification. Thus, we are able to offer our patients a full range of plastic and cosmetic surgery services and options personalized to their needs and goals.
Since we provide such a diverse range of services, all employees are required to take part in regular in-service training and advanced workshops and seminars on all of our services and retail product lines such as skin care treatments, facials & peels, laser hair removal, BOTOX® and many others. This advanced certification and licensing, along with ongoing staff education are a practice priority. You can also be assured that all of our staff members respect and adhere to strict patient privacy and safety practices.

Practice Philosophy
The philosophy for our plastic and cosmetic surgery practice is founded upon uncompromising patient care, ongoing staff education, and the highest levels of patient safety.
Dr. Barone and our staff have developed and continue to emphasize a consistent commitment to personalized and compassionate care for each of our patients. Recognizing the individual needs and goals of each patient and maintaining confidentiality and patient privacy are fundamental principles of our practice.
Each year Dr. Barone and our staff attend various national education courses and seminars in order to provide state-of-the-art plastic & cosmetic surgery services and to ensure complete patient safety. At Frank Barone, M.D. and evolv Medical Aesthetics, only the most thoroughly researched and proven techniques, treatments and products are offered to our patients.
We also believe in using a comprehensive or holistic approach to cosmetic rejuvenation which provides many benefits for our patients. When procedures or surgeries are combined they can provide a more balanced, harmonious look, reduce recovery time and may even be more cost effective. Through the synergistic combination of our medical staff at Frank Barone, M.D. and our aestheticians at evolv Medical Aesthetics, we are able to support patients throughout their rejuvenative experience with comprehensive treatment programs.

Meet Our Staff
Administration: Our administrative staff takes care of behind-the-scenes details that are necessary for great patient care, such as billing, keeping inventory in stock, and planning events and promotions. Our practice manager, April Fairchild, oversees the entire staff and makes sure each team member has the tools and support they need to meet our goal of total patient satisfaction.

Front Desk: Our front desk staff works hard to make sure each patient has a wonderful experience beginning with their first phone call to the practice. The front desk is the epicenter of our practice and keeps several departments coordinated while also scheduling appointments, taking phone calls, checking patients in and out, and more.

Nursing and Patient Care: Our nursing and patient care staff is managed by Nursing Supervisor Susie Szaroleta, R.N. This group’s number one priority is making sure our patients are comfortable, informed, and have everything they need to proceed with their surgery or treatment plan.

Aesthetics: The aestheticians at evolv are specially trained to work in a medical environment – seeing patients on their own for advanced skin care as well as patients of Dr. Barone. When working with the doctor, our aestheticians treat patients with skin cancer or pre-cancerous lesions and also help patients prepare their skin for surgical procedures.

Massage Therapy: Both of our licensed massage therapists have extensive training in different modalities, or types, of massage. We believe this training enables our therapists to treat a wider variety of conditions and ailments.
